Christian Michel

Christian Michel is a "self-made man". In 1975, in Switzerland, he launched an investment company, Valmet, which he managed until retirement, in 2002. He developed it to the point where he had affiliates in ten countries.

He is at home everywhere in the world. Conversant in English as well as in his native French, he has written in both languages a number of articles highly appreciated in the Libertarian Circles, most of them available on his Internet site liberalia.com.

He delivered two talks to the Cercle Fréréric Bastiat. One on June 3, 2000, on the theme "The class struggle is not over", and on December 15, 2001 "Should criminals be punished?
